–         Launched in September 2024, the fund targets surplus industrial real estate
from corporate owners.

ROSEMONT, Ill., Feb. 17, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — Brennan Investment Group (“Brennan”), a private real estate investment firm that acquires, develops, and operates industrial facilities throughout the United States, is pleased to announce the acquisition of a single-tenant industrial property of 100,000 square feet on 18 acres in Hebron, KY. Located just off I-275 at the CVG Airport and Amazon Prime Air Hub, the property benefits from its premier infill location and an acquisition price below replacement cost.
