Work will be divided into three build contract bands between £15m and £45m+ with a separate construction management deal also available.
The framework will be split across three geographic regions – West, South, London and East – and also cover major refurbishment projects.
Up to 29 firms could win places on the deal across all the categories and expressions of interest need to be submitted by April 30.
SNG said it will have an annual income of over £830m in 2024/25 and will invest £9.2bn over the next 10 years, building 25,000 new homes.
