Jacqueline Reed of Latitude 33 Planning & Engineering Recognized on ENR West’s 2025 Top Young Professionals List


Inaugural List of Rising Talent for ENR West Features Civil Engineering Leader

SAN DIEGO, Feb. 25, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — Ms. Jacqueline Reed, DBIA, Project Development Director at Latitude 33 Planning & Engineering has been named to Engineering News-Record (ENR) West’s inaugural list of Top Young Professionals for 2025.  Ms. Reed was one of 30 individuals under the age of 40 selected for this recognition from nearly 100 nominees across the West Region.  ENR recently reorganized the magazine’s regions, with ENR West now covering California, Hawaii, Washington, Oregon, Alaska, and Nevada.  Ms. Reed will be featured in the first edition of ENR West in March 2025, and will automatically be considered for ENR’s National Top 20 Under 40. 

Jacqueline Reed, DBIA 
Ms. Reed is the Project Development Director for Latitude 33, overseeing company-wide client engagement and strategy from the firm’s Los Angeles office.  Ms. Reed earned her BS in Civil Engineering from UC Irvine, and has 13 years of experience in the general contracting and civil engineering sectors.  She is proficient in various delivery methods, including design-build, and project types including but not limited to higher education, healthcare, and aviation.  She is active in many industry organizations such as the Design-Build Institute of America – Western Pacific Region (DBIA – WPR), where she is DBIA certified and serves as the Conference Awards Program Chair.  She is also a board member for the Women in Construction Operations (WiOPS) Southern California Chapter, and a part of the Steering Committee leadership for Women Working Together (WWT).
