Matan Companies Signs 111,368 SF Lease at Riverside Research Park in Frederick, MD

FREDERICK, Md., Feb. 27, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — Matan Companies announced today the execution of a long-term lease agreement for 111,368 square feet at 8484 Progress Drive, Frederick, MD.

With the signing of this lease Matan checks off a sizable chunk of the project. Even still, 8484 Progress Drive and its adjoining property 8480 Progress Drive, offer 280,000 square feet of remaining availability in multiple buildings.
