“Today, with your support, we are proud to do our part in creating economic opportunity for many – especially those who come to us in need. I am extraordinarily proud of our entire Jericho community and our work to ensure that more individuals, more families and more of our New York neighbors have the opportunity – sometimes against all odds – to lead safe, secure and happy lives,” Lyon said.
Logan Fountain includes 175 new units, of which 105 will be supportive housing, enabling each resident the dignity of a lease and key in exchange for one-third of their income, as well as access to Jericho’s life-changing services including case management, employment, mental and physical health resources, and a social environment.
“Hudson Companies is pleased to collaborate with our longtime partner Jericho Project in creating beautiful, stable housing and the invaluable services that support our residents’ financial resiliency and wellness,” said Jordan Camina, Project Manager at The Hudson Companies.
“Broadway Builders could not be more excited to open Logan Fountain as a beacon of stable housing for New Yorkers in need, as well as part of a broader community of residents,” said Bernard Ruf, President, Broadway Builders.
