Awfis sees strong flexible demand, sticks to asset-light model for growth

Amit Ramani, Chairman and Managing Director of Awfis Space Solutions, says there continues to be strong demand for flexible office spaces in India, driven by distributed work and rising commercial activity. The company is sticking to an asset-light model, saying it’s the only sustainable model going forward. With 210 centers in 18 cities, Awfis plans to expand in tier one and two cities, maintaining occupancy near 75%.
